For many people living with stress has become a way of life. A certain amount of stress can be beneficial in that it may motivate or challenge us, but it's a burden when we feel increasingly overwhelmed and out of control.
As a Kinesiologist I find many of my clients are experiencing high levels of stress when they first come to see me. This is often related to financial worries, relationship challenges and/or work pressure. The effects of this stress can be seen in different ways, including physical pain, unhappiness, extreme fatigue and undefined fears, to name a few.
It can appear as though there is no way out of this stressful lifestyle. We have commitments that have to be met and directing our energy into meeting our responsibilities can become something of a juggling act. I often ask my clients, "Where are you in this picture?"
The good news is that Kinesiology can offer tremendous support and relief to people experiencing ongoing stress. While I work with clients with a wide range of different issues, stress is often at the forefront in one way or another. Kinesiology is a holistic process that works very effectively in restoring a state of balance and wellbeing.
